Oyo 12721 Vansh Regency - Nainital

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great. The staff, including the housekeeping and reception team, were friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of the city. Everything I needed was within close proximity, including the lake and the famous mall road. On top of that, the hotel provided easy transportation options and had parking available.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance. the housekeeping staff was excellent and made sure our room was cleaned every day. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a nice view of the surrounding mountains, which was a pleasant surprise.

One of the biggest drawbacks of the hotel was the noise level at night. It was hard to sleep due to the constant loud noise of traffic and dogs barking.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the lake and the bustling mall road. Being able to explore the city and its attractions without any hassle was a major plus. the staff was very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us with our luggage, which was a great gesture. Lastly, the rooms were clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay during our new year celebrations.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast buffet was not up to our expectations.

Great lake and mall location. Helpful staff and luggage service. Nice housekeeping and reception staff. Central location with everything nearby.

Nothing not to love.
